Product availability is indicated on each product page. In-stock products are typically shipped the same day for orders placed before 2:30 pm Eastern Time.
Yes, you can place an order online without an account; however, we will automatically create an account for you when you make your first purchase. If you plan to ship internationally, we recommend reviewing our list of distributors before creating an account.
We offer the following flat rate fees when purchasing on the web: $30 to U.S., $50 to Canada, and $100 internationally. In addition, a handling fee of $20 will be added to your order. If you use your own shipping account, only the handling fee will be applied.
We recommend first reviewing our list of international distributors to determine the most efficient shipping option. International shipping on web orders can be accommodated; however, additional fees and/or requirements will apply. Please reach out to orders@rockland.com for more information.
Yes, we accept purchase orders. Please note that the first order placed with a purchase order may require advance payment.
To include a purchase order, please complete your online order and forward your order confirmation to orders@rockland.com with a PDF of your purchase order attached.
Bulk orders, special fills, and custom services are not available for online ordering.
To request a formal quote, simply add items to your shopping cart, select ‘Review & Quote’ on the Shopping Cart pop-up window, then select 'Quote My Cart' from the Shopping Cart page. Once the quote is generated, you can download your quote directly to your device.
For orders up to $5,000, you can easily convert your quote into an order using the Accept Quote feature. Select ‘Accept Quote’ located on the top navigation bar beside ‘My Cart’ or go to the 'Quotes' tab under ‘My Account’. You can then import your quote by entering your quote number and proceed with payment. For quotes exceeding $5,000, please email orders@rockland.com to receive an invoice.

Yes, a CoA is included with every order. You can also download the CoA from the product page or via the 'Orders' tab on the ‘My Account’ page.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available on most product pages. If you encounter any issues downloading the SDS, our technical service team at tech@rockland.com is ready to assist.
