Custom phospho specific antibody services includes synthesis of 30 mg of a phospho peptide up to 15 amino acids in length at >90% purity and 20 mg of a non-phospho peptide up to 15 amino acids in length at >90% purity. Additional amino acids, acetylation or amidylation are possible. The peptide synthesis will include a Certificate of Analysis with HPLC trace and mass spectroscopy analysis. Peptides will be KLH and BSA conjugated for immunization and testing. All custom antibody samples will be assayed by ELISA. Your custom phospho specific antibody will then be affinity purified followed by non-specific cross adsorption.
