Our experience and capabilities enable us to provide our clients complete support for all aspects of custom antibody production.  Wherever you are in the research process, we are confident that we can support any specifications.  Our services include peptide design and preparation, protein expression, immunogen conjugation, animal immunization, serum titer evaluation, hybridoma fusions and complete antibody production via serum, cell culture or ascites purification.  Our dedicated and experienced staff provides support in peptide design, screening strategies and purification methodology to improve the probability that you will generate a monoclonal or polyclonal antibody that meets your specific needs.

• Monoclonal Antibody Development - Custom monoclonal antibody services at Rockland allow for generation of high quality monoclonal antibodies to meet your research needs.  Rockland produced monoclonal antibodies can be generated in a mouse, rat or hamster, to meet our particular host requirements.

•  Polyclonal Antibody Development - Our custom polyclonal antibody services allow for the production of antibodies from a wide variety of host species, and we routinely produce antibodies from rabbits, sheep, goats, donkeys, guinea pigs, chickens and rats.

• Peptide Design and Synthesis - As part of our custom services, we work with our clients for both peptide design and synthesis.  This allows seamless transitioning from peptide generation through antibody development and purification.

• Antibody Purification Services - We have a complete purification service using both traditional (Protein A, Protein G or Protein A/G) and custom affinity methodology.

• Assay Development - Our scientific expertise offer highly customized solutions to meet your basic, applied and clinical research demands in the development of unique in vitro assays.  Our current services include western blot analyses, the development and evaluation of standard and specialized Enzyme Linked ImmunoSorbent Assays (ELISAs), Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry; all coordinated within a cGMP compliant manufacturing facility.

• Cell Culture Services - We have experience in culturing various cell lines for antibody and protein to meet both your production and cryopreservation requests. Our banking services guarantee the cryopreservation of individual cell lines at a minimum of 5x10^6 cells per vial in their logarithmic growth phase and include liquid nitrogen storage ranging from 6 months to 2 years. Thereafter continuing the storage of your cell line at Rockland is offered at an annual fee, or we can ship the cell lines to the destination of your choice.
