Our highly characterized melanoma cell line models are able to predict clinical activity as they are biologically stable in terms of gene expression pattern, tumor architecture and mutation status. Our major supporting reagents for the Melanoma Cell Lines include Fetal Bovine Serum. Cells should be maintained between 30 – 95% confluence in tumor specialized medium with 2% FBS. This product is performance, mycoplasma, virus, bacteriophage and endotoxin tested.
