3/22/2010-Putative Prostate Cancer Biomarker NAG1 Antibody
The putative prostate cancer biomarker anti-NAG1 (aka GDF15) reacts with serum protein from both human and mouse sources and can distinguish monomeric and dimeric forms of NAG1 and NAG1 H6/D6 polymorphisms in human prostate cancer samples. This target is a putative biomarker for prostate and pancreatic cancer and other conditions. We anticipate a validated assay to screen for and profile NAG1 variant forms in human serum samples which may be useful for cancer detection, therapeutic modeling an...

1/4/2010-STED Microscopy of Activated AKT and Tubulin
Antibodies to both activated AKT and tubulin were studied using Leica STED (Stimulated Emission Depletion) microscopy which showed structural details beyond the resolution limits of conventional confocal microscopy. Using STED imaging we demonstrated the association of activated AKT with tubulin fibers very early after EGF stimulation. Transient activation of AKT under EGF stimulation is consistent with findings observed in lysates. ...

12/7/2009-Multiplex Western Blotting
Antibodies allow multiplex detection in a western blotting system with enhance sensitivity and specificity with low background staining, high signal-to-noise ratios and differentiation between active and inactive states of key cell signalling pathway targets. Multiplex blotting can identify protein status, or translational modification of proteins in a cellular context. We additionally show low background immunofluorescence imaging using DyLight™ conjugated secondary antibodies. ...
