TCRbeta Allophycocyanin Antibody Description

Background
T cell receptor (TCR) is a heterodimer consisting of an a and a ß chain (TCR a/ß) or a ? and a d chain (TCR ?/d). TCR-ß is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and a component of the CD3/TCR complex (along with TCR-a). It is expressed on a/ß TCR-bearing T cells and thymocytes. The CD3/TCR complex plays a key role in antigen recognition, signal transduction, and T cell activation.
Immunogen
Anti-TCRbeta Antibody (Monoclonal) was produced by repeated immunizations with Affinity purified TCR from mouse DO-11.10 cells.

Storage Condition
Store vial at 4° C prior to opening.  This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid.  Dilute only prior to immediate use.  DO NOT FREEZE. This product is light sensitive.
Application Note
Anti-TCRbeta is useful for Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry, and Flow Cytometry using mouse spleen cells, or an appropriate cell type (where indicated). Researchers should determine optimal titers for applications that are not stated.
Purity/Specifity
Allophycocyanin conjugated TCRbeta Monoclonal Antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant via affinity chromatography and is directed against mouse TCRbeta. Cross reactivity with TCRbeta from other sources has not been tested. Anti-TCRbeta is conjugated with APC under optimal conditions and the solution is free of unconjugated APC.
