Background
Highly purified microbial (non-mammalian) RNase prepared with non-animal components. Supplied as a solution in 2.8M ammonium sulfate. One unit releases the equivalent of one unit A260 of acid-soluble products from yeast RNA in 15 minutes at 37°C at pH 7.5.
