Avidin Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated Description

Background
Avidin Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated is suitable for multiplex analysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforms.
Synonyms
ALP, Alk Phos
Storage Condition
Store vial at 4° C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE. This product is stable at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
Application Note
Avidin Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated is designed for immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA) and fluorescent western blotting.
Purity/Specifity
Avidin Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated was prepared from electrophoretically pure Avidin from egg white followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.   Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine) and anti-avidin.
