Background
Rabbit IgG whole molecule antibody generated in goat detects specifically Rabbit IgG whole molecule. This secondary antibody anti-Rabbit is ideal for investigators who routinely perform western blot, immunoprecipitation and more generally immunoassays.

Storage Condition
Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration.   For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below.  Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.  Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.  This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid.  Dilute only prior to immediate use. 
Application Note
Anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody is suitable for use in various immunoassays. Specific conditions for reactivity and signal detection should be optimized by the end user.
Purity/Specifity
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by delipidation and defibrination.  Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum.
