Recommended Dilutions


Although we recommend that each investigator determine the actual optimum dilution for a given antibody or antibody conjugate for each specific assay, the following chart can be used as a guideline for initial titration experiments. Enzyme conjugates of Affinity Purified antibodies and primary antibodies are supplied with lot-specific recommended dilutions.
