Rockland Immunochemicals produces avidin, streptavidin and highly crossed-adsorbed Affinity Purified antibodies conjugated to a series of cyanine dyes which show absorption and emission maximum wavelengths which are shifted approximately 50 nm for each cyanine fluorochrome in this series. These antibodies are specifically designed for the detection of multiple primary antibodies, polyclonal or monoclonal, of different host species in experiments where cells are simultaneously labeled without unwanted cross reactivity. Cells can be labeled with six different colored antibodies and visualized. Cyanine conjugated products are 0.22 µm filtered and are lyophilized in 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin, 0.02M phosphate buffer, 0.15M sodium chloride, 0.01% (w/v) sodium azide pH 7.2.
